I'm all for this, however I remembered that we still use MO4.Formatting.AlphabeticalUseStatements instead of a Slevomat equivalent because the MO4 one supports more sorting options.

Maybe it's time to just switch things over as I suspect almost noone uses the additional options.

I think, akin to #243, caseSensitive needs to get set here.
